Terms of Use
CustodyGuard is built and owned by Tap One Marketing, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Not legal advice
CustodyGuard is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in the app is legal advice and we cannot guarantee that any record will be admitted or relied upon by a court, police force or local authority.
Not an emergency service
Panic Witness Mode notifies the trusted contacts you have added. It does not contact emergency services. In an emergency, always call 999.
Your responsibilities
You must keep your account credentials secure, record only truthful and accurate information, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload material you have no right to hold or share, and be mindful of the privacy of children and third parties appearing in your evidence.
Records are permanent
Entries cannot be deleted. Corrections are made by amendment, which is recorded in an audit trail alongside your stated reason. By submitting a record you accept that it becomes permanent within your account.
Sharing
Share links you generate are your responsibility. Anyone holding a valid, unexpired link can view the records it covers. Revoke links you no longer want in circulation.
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Tap One Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
